The Zonnehuis association is committed to people who through age or otherwise have lost the control and depend on intensive care. This will be done by asking for public attention and taking responsibility to contribute to improving quality of care and life. The association Zonnehuis is inspired by values of solidarity, meaning and community. All under the motto "Commitment to dignified care.

New policies, new strategy
Our society is aging. The changing demographics and changing social relationships require the provision and organization of specialized and personalized care, the smallest units in the social environment. In collaboration with Total Identity Zonnehuis The Association developed and Zonnehuisgroep a new strategy under the name Community care 2.

Cross-media mix
The communication program of the Solar Homes had been different (book) publications, newsletters, websites and events. The big line was lacking. Total Identity suggested a new tactic in a specific area to focus in the media mix: the special interest magazine Sr. (Pronounced senior). This publication contributes to the ambition to be a knowledge organization and is used for acquired expertise, both inside and outside the Zonnehuisgroep and thus the organization as a knowledge platform to showcase. The magazine is also a tool that identifies issues, support for creating their own vision, relevance to the life of the customer's Zonnehuisgroep displays various groups involved and thus maintains and influences. Thus communication orchestrated without centralizing.

 

Campaign dignified aging
The edition will policymakers, (medical) science and other shareholders in respect of the Zonnehuis. Also plays the recruitment of donors and volunteers play an important role. In other words, change occurs through movement. But how to activate people?
Sr. has a very specific editorial formula. The character of the expenditure, the tone of voice and visual, the mix of journalistic genres, topics and approaches appropriate to the scope of the new strategy. Sr. states in the issue and brings it to the client-centered, all aspects that go on appealing and sometimes penetrating into the picture. With a personal, active style and the ideology of the Association Zonnehuis concrete, tangible and meaningful. And that is the constant promotion of a social community where everything revolves around quality care, welfare and quality of life for clients of The Zonnehuisgroep.
