Communication strategy and plan

Strategy forming is the process that leads to the development of a vision of communication, the basic strategic principles and the priorities inherent in them. With the communication strategy, we indicate the policy steps needed to best translate and express the collective ambitions of the organisation in communication and achieve the desired image. In most cases, describing the basic strategic principles of communication is part of a bigger identity programme.

Tactical communication plans are about the implementation of policy. Here we establish in detail what you want to achieve with your internal and external communication, the target groups, and what means and activities are needed for this, including the media and the budget. These result in the classic communication plan. However, as a creative consultancy, we can include strategic and tactical design options in our plans at a very early stage if you wish it. We do not like paper tigers and we like to show clearly what choices can mean in terms of design.
